The Tree House is a three-story club facility that owners can access to enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools, fitness room, entertainment space and the game room. The Tree House is also where community members gather to celebrate special occasions. and events.
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool is a popular spot during throughout the summer and great place for residents to cool off and enjoy great times with their neighbors. The pool area provides direct access to the locker rooms inside the Tree House and offers ample umbrella tables and lounge chairs, and it includes a grilling area to accommodate your BBQs.
Indoor Pool
Residents can enjoy swimming laps for exercise or just floating around any time of the year at the community's indoor pool. The pool area has lots of natural light and is located across from the locker rooms.
Game Room
The game room is a great space to challenges your neighbors in pool, ping pong or other available games. It's open seven days a week during regular hours that the Tree House is open.
Fitness Room
Optional access to the private Fitness Center ($25 annual membership fee) is available to residing Unit Owners. Located on the facility's first floor, the Fitness Center's features include an elliptical trainer, commercial-grade treadmill and recumbent bike as well as a universal gym and weight benches. Resident Fitness Center members can also choose between for post-workout relaxation in either the whirlpool/spa or Finnish saunas.
Entertainment Space
Residents can reserve space to host their own private parties, a feature that cannot be matched in any other condo community. It's a great location to hold your next birthday party, baby shower, retirement celebration or any other special occasion. The Tree House provides tables and chairs to meet your party size, along with a bar and lounge area.
